I finished placing my order online & after that I used the app to upload a picture of my driver’s license. I paid on the app as well. I even added a tip so the driver knew that he was going to get some cash. It only took about 35 minutes for our items to arrive after my associate and I placed the order. Sporadically it takes longer than that for the two of us to get a pizza & chicken wings.
