The edibles truly were awful tasting

The other week a client came back to the dispensary to return a tote of edibles! When the client stepped through the door with the bag, she had a look of disappointment on her face.

I decided to speak with the client on a personal level.

I have been the manager of the dispensary for the past several months. I am the person in charge of ordering our cannabis products. I politely asked the client to supply me with some reasons why the edibles were being returned. The person told me that they tasted horrible. The edible cannabis product was a tote of chocolate chip cookies. I opened the tote plus smelled the content. There was a horrible odor coming from inside. I made the move to open the tote of edibles. I dumped the entire contents onto a piece of paper, then several cookies had little white spots that looked something like mold. The client wanted me to taste the edibles, but I was convinced by the smell plus putting one in my mouth did not seem necessary. The client was extremely disappointed plus I tried to make things right. I easily offered to replace the product, however she wasn’t interested in getting the same items all over again. I even provided to replace the edible cannabis product with something of higher value, however she wanted her cash back plus there was nothing else I could do to make her entirely blissful. After the client left the store, I made the choice to try the cookies. The woman was right plus they tasted dreadful. I decided to remove all of the cookies until I could reach the manufacturing supplier.
