For the past several weeks, I have worked as the director for a unquestionably busy recreational plus medical cannabis dispensary, however i worked as a salesperson for several weeks, plus then I was trained to become a director; Since I took over, every one of us haven’t had unquestionably many complications or problems. In fact, our sales are much higher than the other stores in this region, and one of the reasons is due to creative advertising plus sales! The owner of the recreational plus medical cannabis dispensary allows me to make creative decisions plus she never asks questions as long as every one of us are making profits. Last weekend, every one of us had a big sale to celebrate 5 years in dealer in this local community, and all of us had food trucks out front plus 25% off everything inside of the store. All of us also had a wheel with free prizes plus each person walking in the door got to spin the wheel; Most of the prizes were lanyards, key chains, pens, plus hats with our dispensary name plus logo. Only a couple of the prizes were free marijuana, edibles, or concentrate. One of the prizes was a goodie tote worth over $250. There was only 1 small space for this prize. The guy in the lobby was trying to cause a scene plus he started yelling plus screaming. Thankfully, the security guard stepped in quickly plus stopped the scene from escalating to a dangerous level.
