That’s basically the reason why some say it’s excellent as a mild antidepressant and use it for that reason. He also told me that terpenes care about caryophyllene and beta-myrcene are what I need to look for in cannabis extracts if I want to feel overly sedated. For example, a high CBD extract that is rich in sedating terpenes could genuinely produce sedating effects compared to pure CBD products. It’s a matter of discovering the right cannabis products for your particular ailment.
