I consistently expect the cannabis store to be tied up on the weekend, but those are actually the busiest times during sales.
The least busiest times happen to be Mondays plus Tuesdays, however recently I was surprised by the amount of sales all of us had on Tuesday in the daytime hours.
It was truthfully strange. All of us had approximately 30% higher sales that day plus all of us still have no idea in the least why. All of us were short staffed on that actual day, because all of us did not expect serious crowds. There’s only a single man now working the counter plus I was working in the back office. I had several guys in the back simply working on stock. I heard their front doorbell ring multiple times. I looked through the security cameras plus I saw the lobby filling up with a bunch of people. I yelled out to the budtender to see if he could use some help, and he told me that he had everything going smoothly. Some time later, I heard that budtender become totally flustered. I left the office to assist the man at the counter with sales. All of us particularly took care of 25 or 30 peculiar accounts, plus on a normal Tuesday all of us might have seven customers at the most. The store was seriously tied up for a Tuesday in the day hours, however our budtender handled everything fine plus he called me when he actually needed some assistance. I am looking to promote someone to the store manager position plus I have my eye on this particular employee. I feel he would be ideal for the job.
