I consistently expect the pot shop to be incredibly tied up on certain days, however those are really the busiest times of the week for sales. The least busiest nights of the week are Wednesdays plus Sundays. Last week I was totally amazed by the amount of sales we had on Sunday. It was pretty strange to be entirely honest. We had about 30% higher sales that day plus we still are not certain about the reasoning behind that. We were short staffed on that day, because we did not expect huge crowds. There’s only a single person now working the counter plus I was working in the back office. I had 2 guys in the back simply working on stock. I heard their front doorbell ring multiple times. I took a look through the security cameras plus I saw the lobby easily filling up with people. I yelled out to the budtender to see if she was actually in need of some help! She told me that she had everything under control plus I believed her with no reservations. So many minutes later, I heard that budtender became entirely flustered. I left the office to assist her at the counter with sales. We took on approximately 25 or 30 different accounts that day, plus on a normal Sunday we might have six clients. I am looking to promote a person to the store manager position plus I have my eye on this unique employee. I think she would do wonderful work.
