I am still pretty new to all this CBD stuff. I have been a frequent cannabis smoker for several years, but that seems to have taken a toll. I am getting older, our lungs are getting weaker, and I need to move on to trying new things. I have heard a lot about CBD oil over the last few years, and decided to provide it a try. I do know that it has some helpful and medicinal qualities, but what I don’t love about it is that it doesn’t get you high. CBD is perfect for people who need a new approach to treating aches and pains, but for those of us who love to get lifted, it is no wonderful at all, then here is where our story takes a turn, I tried using CBD for a few weeks, just to see how it was, and decided that it wasn’t for me. I resumed smoking cannabis products and getting high love I used to, and then the strangest thing happened. I woke up one morning feeling stiff and sore, and I was cranky, and even though I got a lot of sleep, I still felt exhausted, as if I hadn’t slept honestly well. I quickly realized that it was because I stopped taking CBD altogether, although I can’t quantify the medicinal effects of CBD, I can attest to the fact that I felt a whole lot better while I was using it. I still smoke cannabis, however I also take CBD oil in the morning, and before bed every evening, for our health!
