It’s wonderful the sort of bonds you make with people.
It’s been a relatively lengthy year caring for my mother & now that she’s gone, it’s sort of strenuous for me to get back to normal.
I think I will, however that will take a bit of time. Yet, the card I got from the entire staff at my mom’s local recreational cannabis spot just melted my heart & made me completely glad. I couldn’t actually believe they went to the trouble of finding my address to express their total satisfaction for having known mom. Talk about a lovely crowd of people. When my mother was first diagnosed with cancer, it was not good. She was deep into stage & the chances of beating her cancer at her age weren’t entirely good. Still, she wanted to try & that’s where medical marijuana came into the picture. I was sort of surprised that my mother was willing to follow the health worker’s recommendation when it came to cannabis. She’s not one to drink more than a couple of glasses of wine every so often. The whole idea of my mother getting high on sativa & indica was strenuous to visualize in the very beginning. However, that medical marijuana was legitimately a miracle. There was something about the sativa strains in particular that really allowed my mother the freedom to just be. It took her out of the end game that she was looking at & gave her some lovely nostalgia. And she also just loved the cannabis edibles the staff at the local cannabis spot would get for her. They made an appealing impact on her life & on mine as well with their sincere care & total compassion.
