On a Wednesday night, I usually take about 12 or 15 orders out for a delivery, however each 1 of the orders vary from 40 to 100 or more dollars, then when I finally returned to the store at the end of my shift, I’m exhausted and ready to go home, but things are always busier on the weekends when more people are ordering items from the marijuana dispensary.
We have an upgraded online selection and most of our orders come from the website, and it’s entirely self-explanatory to use and the orders are arenad directly at the store in real time.
The last deliveries are taken at 9, even though all of us do not close the store until 11, and nobody wants to stay late, so all of us stopped delivering early so everyone has a chance to go lake apartment at the same time… All delivery drivers should be in the store when all of us close up for the night. I had 1 more delivery at the end of the night on Wednesday and I came back to the store and the manager let half of the crew go lake apartment early. Nobody ever lets myself and others go lake apartment early when there is a driver out late with an order. I was a little upset. I did not want to complain to the boss, although I was certainly feeling frustrated. Next Wednesday I am going to request to leave when I am done with all of my marijuana deliveries. If the boss does not let myself and others go then all of us will certainly have something to complain about and some good information to back up my suspicion that some people are treated differently than others.
