On a Thursday night, I usually take about 12 or 15 orders out for a delivery; Each 1 of the orders vary from 40 to 100 or more dollars, then when I finally returned to the store at the end of my shift, I am tired and ready to go home, but things are consistently busier on the weekends when more people are ordering items from the marijuana dispensary. The two of us have an updated online selection and most of our orders come from the website, then it’s truly easy to use and the orders are sited directly at the store in real time. The last deliveries are taken at 9, even though the people I was with and I don’t close the store until 11, nobody wants to stay late, so the people I was with and I stopped delivering early so all the people has a chance to go condo at the same time, and all delivery drivers should be in the store when the people I was with and I close up for the night. I had 1 more delivery at the end of the night on Thursday and I came back to the store and the manager let half of the crew go condo early. Nobody ever lets myself and others go condo early when there is a driver out late with an order. I was a little frustrated. I did not want to complain to the boss, although I was entirely feeling frustrated. Next Thursday I am going to request to leave when I am done with all of my marijuana deliveries. If the boss does not let myself and others go then I will entirely have something to complain about and some great information to back up my suspicion that some people are treated differently than others.
