I finally walked into a business, recently, where I felt very welcomed.

I’m new at using marijuana; recreational marijuana just became legal in my state, joining medical marijuana, and this is the only dispensary I’ve ever visited. As I entered, I noticed right away that the staff looked me in the eye, with a smile and wished me a nice day. They seemed to really mean it. And these folks were all just happily doing their jobs, helping other buyers find the cannabis products they needed. It was almost stunning.Is this how all dispensaries are? Because I’m so new to this, I don’t know, but imagine that now, if you’re of age, you can access marijuana for sale in a cannabis dispensary. I promised myself that if marijuana was ever legalized, I’d give it a try. Because it was illegal – I follow the law – and none of my friends used it, I had never tried marijuana. But once it was legal, I was very curious to see what this sativa and indica were all about. That’s why I visited this local cannabis spot, where I was treated like a real, valued friend. They also helped me with a starter sampler kit, and, wow, now I understand what all the fuss is about when it comes to how good sativa and indica strains made you feel. I took it slow, just like the nice people at the local cannabis store suggested. And I have to say, there is a feeling of hopefulness, delight and opportunity that I don’t think I’ve ever felt, at least like this before!
