For a long time I was thinking about adding more strains of cannabis flower to the store. I wanted to incorporate hybrids into the store. I figured flower products are bestsellers and I should invest more money into them. Well thankfully I had the dispensary software first. I decided to take a look at what products I am offering and for how much. I then looked into what products make me the most money. How often are my flower products getting bought? How much revenue do they bring into the store? I found that yes the most I make is from flower products, but it is only because I offer the most of it. I actually make almost a parable of money in my edible line. I also can sell those for more money if I want to. So rather than buying a bunch more in flower, I ended up expanding my edibles. The software told me it would be a better idea and it was right.
