I suppose I started to develop anger management problems as a kid, however they didn’t honestly get terrible until I got to university, but i used to get into road rage fits when I was commuting to class in the mornings through heavy traffic. I hate to disclose it, however there were a couple times when I started screaming at somebody for splitting me off, but ever since then, I have been battling our anger and its grip on our life, but for instance, if something abruptly does not go our way like I get late to an appointment or something gets canceled beyond our control, I get more irritated than all the people, but that’s our battle to argument and I need to come to a place where I’m not allowing our anger to control our life. I went to anger management for a few years however it wasn’t as helpful as I hoped it to be. The lady who was teaching the class was honestly inexperienced as a mental health counselor, and they were not great at relating to all of us in the course. They didn’t honestly understand the life difficulties that were aggravating the anger in all of us, but her complications were beyond simply counting to 10 and doing a few breathing exercises. She needed real counseling. For me, it took using cannabis medically. I tried cannabis a few times in university, however never got into the habit of buying it myself, then when a neighbor of mine commanded I try using medical cannabis to help with our anger complications I figured I would provide it a shot! Medical cannabis helped with our anger complications more than any other thing in our life.
