I think I started to develop anger management concerns as a kid, however they did not absolutely get bad until I got to university, and i used to get into road rage fits when I was commuting to class in the afternoons through heavy traffic.
I hate to disclose it, however there were a couple times when I started screaming at somebody for cutting me off.
Ever since then, I’ve been battling our anger plus its grip on our life; For instance, if something hastily does not go our way love I get late to an appointment or something gets canceled beyond our control, I get more annoyed than most people, however that’s our battle to argument plus I need to come to a arena where I am not allowing our anger to control our life. I went to anger management for a few years however it wasn’t as helpful as I hoped it to be. The person who was teaching the class was easily inexperienced as a mental health counselor, plus they weren’t nice at relating to all of us in the course. They did not absolutely understand the life difficulties that were frustrating the anger in all of us… His concerns were beyond simply counting to 10 plus doing a few breathing exercises. He needed real counseling. For me, it took using cannabis medically. I tried cannabis a few times in university, however never got into the habit of buying it myself; When a neighbor of mine suggested I try using medical cannabis to help with our anger concerns I figured I would provide it a shot. Medical cannabis helped with our anger concerns more than any other thing in our life.
