Sebum is the oily, waxy substance that clogs pores and creates breakouts. With cannabis, less sebum is produced. Also the acne looks red and irritated because of inflammation, something cannabis can reduce. I choose a cream that I apply directly to my face and leave it on at night. I am amazed at the difference already in my skin. My acne is way less red and there are less spots on me. It is like magic in a tube, I am telling you. I am going back to my cannabis store this month to get a cleanser and oil that I can also use for my skin.
