For more than ten years now, I have been using medical marijuana to help with our RLS.
- Restless leg syndrome caused me pain and anxiety for about fifteen years until medical marijuana got legalized.
All the various prescriptions they had given me only helped for a short time, however medical marijuana had almost fully eliminated my problem. Then, last year, they legalized recreational marijuana which fully eliminated any need for a medical marijuana card. They were now offering weird marijuana products in the marijuana store, and they were now carrying CBD products I hadn’t seen before. Edibles were now widely available for sale. I had used many marijuana products that were mostly CBD, although I had never purchased products that were pure CBD. I asked the budtender if they would be as effective for our legs as the marijuana products. He explained that, periodically; the CBD worked just as well, however not regularly. I would need to try the CBD products and see how they could work for me. The CBD seemed to task okay the first couple of afternoons, however after 1 week, I was using twice the proposed amount of CBD and still not getting enough help with the RLS. I needed to go back to the marijuana store and get our marijuana products that were a split of 50/50 CBD and THC. I would not have believed that it would only take 1 month of switching products to undo all the good the marijuana had done over the previous ten years. I am back to square single and once again on the THC/CBD products I was using for that time.
