The website was down for 3 hours that morning

For the past multiple weeks, I have been working as a cannabis dispensary budtender; I appreciate the job a good deal and I get good discounts on marijuana products.

Discounts on marijuana products is a single of the biggest reasons why I decided to take the job.

I was spending a luck on medical marijuana supplies and the dispensary offers 50% off of everything in the store for employees. It certainly makes you wonder about all of the markups on cannabis products, but my job for the past two weeks has been to come into the store in the morning and start working on the delivery orders, then each morning when the cannabis shop opens, there is ten or fifteen orders usually waiting to be reviewed and approved… When I came to toil earlier this week, I was certainly surprised when there were no orders in the morning. I immediately became alarmed and I decided to check the online website. Our servers were down and the website was not working. I told the employer about the concern and she contacted someone in our IT Department, but they hastily had the website back online, but both of us found out that it was down for 3 hours that morning. That was certainly terrible news to hear. It’s hard to recognize how more than 2 purchasers might have tried to order from the website, because none of the orders were completed. All of us had no way to contact the purchasers, and the day was filled with a single buyer complaint after another. Several purchasers were so mad that they promised never to use our dispensary again.
