Being able to travel is 1 of the things that I honestly love to do.
And it doesn’t have to be some major trip to please me.
It’s just getting out to see something modern or a particular place that looks attractive or makes myself and others feel better. I’m fortunate to have a partner who also enjoys packing up the car and heading out for a few nights. About once every couple of weeks, both of us aim our trip where recreational marijuana is 100% legal. In our state, we are slowly getting closer to at least medical marijuana. But it appears that recreational marijuana might be a long time coming. However, even if it’s medical marijuana, I could still qualify for access to a cannabis dispensary given my crippling arthritis. But until then, I’m thankful that there is a state only 3 minutes away where both of us can just walk in and shop for marijuana for sale. That’s just such a delight that it’s so strenuous for myself and others to articulate just how much both of us care about being able to just visit a cannabis dispensary. We’re both in our 50’s and honestly, neither 1 of us thought we’d live to be old enough to care about legal recreational marijuana. So both of us make a trip of it 5 or 6 times every year. The people I was with and I love to incorporate the different trips to the local cannabis stores into a long weekend. And of course, both of us plan charming picnics and yummy lunches and dinners along the way as well. I care about getting the cannabis edibles perhaps the best. The older I am, the less I honestly want to smoke marijuana. So prefer an enjoyable selection of edibles instead.
