Flavonoids are found in many different fruits, vegetables, and plants and many of the flavonoids found in cannabis have been proven to have anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety properties
The dispensary around the corner from my apartment has a huge selection of products. Recently they updated their menu and now they have a much larger selection of CBD products. You can find CBD in lots of places, but only dispensaries have the real product. A couple of the items at the pot shop are full spectrum and they have a variety of medical benefits. Full spectrum CBD products are a little bit different than other CBD products. Full spectrum CBD contains all of the compounds that are found naturally occurring in the Cannabis sativa plant. The beneficial compounds include cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. There are at least a hundred different cannabinoids and CBD and THC are two of the most well-known. CBD and THC have therapeutic properties. CBD does not cause physical or mental impairment, but THC has a very hallucinogenic and intoxicating effect. Terpenes are also an important part of the full spectrum product. Cannabis plants have more than 150 different terpenes and each one of them affects the smell and taste of the product. Flavonoids also affect the taste of the plant, but they also have holistic effects. Flavonoids are found in many different fruits, vegetables, and plants and many of the flavonoids found in cannabis have been proven to have anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety properties. Since full spectrum products contain all of the good cannabinoids, they are much more expensive than a basic product made from CBD. Full spectrum products will be more expensive, but the medical and health benefits will far outweigh the benefits that come from a product that does not contain the flavonoids, cannabinoids, and terpenes.
