He needed it for his PTSD

My brother has always been a sensitive soul.

When he signed up for the military my family was all very concerned.

At first it seemed like a good fit for him. He is athletic, personable and great at following the rules. Basic training was the best time of his life. The worst time was once he was deployed overseas. My brother came home a different person. PTSD used to be something I heard about, but never saw personally. That is until my brother came back. He was scared to leave the house. He hated any sort of loud, popping noise. The Fourth of July was an extremely rough day for him. Being in crowds of people also made him incredibly anxious. He just was a scared, unhappy person. I started researching if there was something that could be done to help him. I then found that people are using medical cannabis for PTSD symptoms. The medical grade weed calms the mind and the body. It relaxes a person and allows them the peace they deserve. Getting my brother a cannabis card wasn’t all that hard, surprisingly. I just had to take him to the doctors, get a script, pay some money and then he got the card in the mail two weeks later. Now my brother smokes cannabis flower from a hand help pipe everyday. Anytime he wants to go out and about, he smokes a little more than usual. He is working his way up to be in larger groups of people like at a theater or a concert. Someday he will get there again.
