When I first got our medical marijuana, they gave me a pamphlet that describes all the laws and regulations that go with the use of medical marijuana.
I could understand that they only wanted you to use the marijuana within the confines of your own house.
What I didn’t understand was the words confines of your own house. Under the laws and regulations of medical marijuana use, I wasn’t even able to go out on our porch to use our medical marijuana, then didn’t the lawmakers understand how the scent of marijuana would remain in our home? Everyone talks about how smoke is detrimental to your lungs, and I would think that if you are going to smoke cigarettes or medical marijuana, it would be the same thing, but apparently, the state lawmakers don’t assume that way. They don’t assume anyone should smoke in the home or out of the house. If this is their true feelings, then went to our able to use our medical marijuana? You cannot legally purchase medical marijuana gummies or candy, and I could not use their tinctures. I now had two choices. I could rest on our porch and hope no 1 saw me smoking medical marijuana, or I could use legal, medical marijuana to make illegal gummies, brownies, or other candies and use them in our home, considering our choices, I obtained medical marijuana in an RSO form. With the RSO, I could make gummies, brownies, and other candies, and use them in our home with nobody knowing I was using medical marijuana.
