He asked me to step out of the automobile as well as he wanted to know what type of drugs I had in the car. I told the guy that I was smoking marijuana however that is all I had. The guy gave me a ticket for driving with an open joint. He truly could have hold me off the jail full driving under the influence, despite the fact that he gave me a ticket instead.
