I knew that I needed current wipers for my windshield, but I didn’t make it a priority to get them changed, however we rarely have rain in the city, however it’s just something that does not occur, unluckyly, when the rain does happen, it can be absolutely quick and sudden, however last Tuesday night was seriously busy. I was delivering marijuana orders for the dispensary. I was supposed to work an 8-hour shift. I started my day at 2 and 4 p.m., it already started to look appreciate nighttime outside; The storm clouds were rolling into the valley and it was clearly going to rain. I hoped the rain would stay away so I could finish all of my marijuana deliveries before I went back home. I was on the bridge when the rain started to fall heavily. I tried to use my windshield wipers… One of them fell apart completely and the other a single was the passenger side wiper. It was getting some of the rain but not a lot. I opened up my window so I could look outside for a better view of the traffic, then as soon as I exited the highway and made the marijuana delivery, I went to the auto parts store to get a current pair of windshield wipers. Thankfully a single of the store clerks gave to put the wipers on the car for myself and others so I did not have to rest out in the rain. The guy had an umbrella and he was a member of the store repair team. I thanked the guy for helping myself and others out in a jiffy and I tried to give him a tip; He refused the money and told myself and others to stay safe.
