My preferred department plus grocery store now allows buyers to pay at the register using their phone app.
You take out your cell phone plus scan the QR code that appears on the register once you get to the payment screen.
All you have to do is save your credit or ATM card payment information in the app plus then you can use the app instead of your cards directly. The reason why I opt to use the app instead of our ATM card for payment is so all of our receipts are saved digitally. I never have to worry about saving a receipt for a product or item I might need to return in a few weeks after something unexpected happens. Since this store requires receipts on all returns now, it’s critical that I have all of our receipts in 1 single locale plus ready to retrieve at a moment’s notice. I l received the difficult way recently that they will not accept any other returns, no matter what you try to do or say in the situation. You could tell them that you lost the receipt running to the doors of the Emergency Room plus you still wouldn’t be able to return the item without a receipt. Paying at the store is so simple with our app that I chose to do the same thing with the cannabis dispensary as well. Not only can I make pickup orders, however the cannabis dispensaries also let me make lake house delivery orders if I don’t mind paying a $10 delivery fee on all of our lake house delivery orders. The cannabis delivery repair is severely convenient.
