My neighbor keeps cannabis on his boat

My next door neighbor has a boat parked in his driveway, and it’s been there for a few months.

I know that Dean used to go fishing all the time, at least every weekend, but now the boat just takes up space at his house. Not only that, but Dean hangs out on the boat, as if it’s out to sea. He sits there in a lawn chair, drinking beer for hours on end, and smoking copious amounts of cannabis. Being a fan of cannabis myself, eventually I approached Dean about hanging out together. I brought over a six pack, he rolled up a few cannabis joints, and we hung out during the afternoon getting nice and toasted. After we had smoked it all up, Dean went under decks and came back up clutching a fistful marijuana. I am not exaggerating, this guy had about six ounces worth of high-grade cannabis in his hand, which he dumped into a glass jar. After smoking a couple more joints, Dean said he had something to show me, and took me under deck. There I found an eighty pound brick of cannabis, still wrapped in plastic. Dean explained that one day while he was fishing he found this enormous brick of cannabis floating in the ocean. This is literally a lifetime supply of cannabis! Ever since he has been too afraid to take the boat back out, in case the original owners of the lost cannabis were still looking for it. Now I’m set because Dean will sell me as much cannabis as I want!
