There are a couple of different marijuana dispensaries in the area. The marijuana dispensary where I work has a name that is similar to another marijuana dispensary on the other side of town. Every once in a while, we get a confused customer that doesn’t remember where they placed an order. Last weekend a woman called to complain about the delivery driver that brought her products. She gave me her name again, but I still could not find her order. I asked the woman to tell me the products that she ordered online. I was hoping to match the order contents to a customer. That did not work either, and I quickly realized that the customer did not have an order in our system. I carefully explained to the woman that we don’t carry a couple of those products in our store. She must have contacted a different dispensary to place the order. It was good news for my staff and I, but bad news for the customer. I urged the woman to contact the other dispensary with a name that is similar to ours.

On my way out the door, someone slammed into me on their way in. I dropped the tote of marijuana products on the floor and I heard the glass jars crack open. The flower and pieces of glass were all over the floor. I was still inside of the weed store at that time. Luckily for me, the manager of the weed store substituted the two jars of marijuana that fell and broke. If I had been outside, she might not have taken pity on me and substituted the jars that were smashed.

I dropped the tote of marijuana products on the floor & I heard the glass jars break which was terrible. The flower & pieces of glass were all over the floor. I was still inside of the pot shop at that time. I’m very fortunate because the manager of the dispensary replaced the jars of marijuana that fell & broke. If I had been outside, she might not have witnessed what happened & replaced the jars that broke.
