I let this guy know that I would be cheerful to refund the amount of money that he paid for the order as a courtesy, however I instructed him to get a hold of the building manager if he sustained injuries that needed to be addressed. I knew it wasn’t our responsibility to pay his medical bills even if he was leaving the dispensary when this happened.
