My mom knew a person that was willing to help and that made things easier. The cannabis consultant advised me on some of the hurdles that I would face, including bureaucratic red tape and problems with licensing. Those problems weren’t a shock, since I was already dealing with the county officers surveying my property once a week

You paid over the website, and could either choose next day home delivery, or same-day pickup in the cannabis dispensary parking lot. You would park and pop your trunk, and then a masked budtender from the cannabis dispensary would come out and place the order in your trunk for you. It was a safe and effective way of keeping the cannabis dispensary in business.

What is the craziest way you ever smoked weed? I am actually asking because it’s a topic I want to cover on my podcast.

• Back in the day, right around the same time that I dropped out of college, I went through a period of partying pretty hard.

No hard drugs, nothing like that, but I drank a lot, and smoked even more. I eventually straightened my act up and got a job, but I still kept smoking. Now that legalization has passed in this state I don’t have to hide it any more, so I started a podcast about cannabis. It is way overdue for people to accept cannabis as the life-enhancer that it truly is. It makes me mad to see cannabis users portrayed in TV and movies as being lazy slackers with no motivation. I am not saying those kind of potheads don’t exist, they do exist, but they do not represent the majority of cannabis users. Take my word for it, no matter who you are, a lot of the people you know smoke cannabis. I mean school teachers, bus drivers, store clerks, cooks, attendants, office workers, in every walk of life there are a lot of people who smoke cannabis, and don’t seem like degenerate potheads. This is what my podcast is about, covering the sort of topics that appeal to normal, everyday cannabis users. Sometimes I do reviews of new marijuana blends, other times I will interview people involved in some aspect of the cannabis industry, but we always deliver a smart and pot-friendly perspective.
