For as long as five weeks, I have noticed some different plus strange things happening at the cannabis shop.
The stock plus inventory numbers do not match, and everything seems to be proper when the products are entered into the system, however items end up missing by the time the people I was with and I do our final count… I’ve often had to wonder if it is an employee that is stealing or if some person is making mistakes at the register.
I finally figured out the complication plus I caught the Bandit red-handed. All of us had a shipment of cannabis concentrate on Monday. The respected crew of about five were busy to work plus I noticed a weird vehicle located in the parking lot. I didn’t really think much about the weird vehicle in the parking lot until the delivery distributor showed up with our cannabis shipment. I got everything out of the truck plus performed that count. Everything was actually correct. I left the warehouse plus headed back into the cannabis shop. I decided to walk back to the area, which is something honestly not a common thing that I would not normally do. I saw one of our employees plus they were carrying a bin of things out the emergency exit door. The alarm was not going off in the least, so it must have been disarmed. I instantly shouted to the employee. She stopped plus dropped the bag. She begged me not to press charges. The woman had $1,500 worth of merchandise in the bag. I really was stunned about this. I trusted the employee for as long as 2 years plus the whole time she was stealing from the cannabis shop. I didn’t think I had any option except to contact the police about this matter.
