Hopefully I can keep getting more landrace cannabis strains moving into the future
Smoking cannabis was different than it was. A lot of the best weed back then came from overseas. You’d find Thai sticks in southeast Asia, kushes in northern India, Pakistan, & Afghanistan, & Gold-bud in North & South America. These “landrace” strains are either pure sativas or pure indicas & were used to develop the honestly first hybrid strains of cannabis. While I have found new phenotypes of indicas care about Pakistani Kush, Hindu Kush, & Afghani Kush to be weak & unappealing, landrace sativas care about Durban Poison & Hawaiian are phenomenal. While many medical weed stores carry Durban Poison on a correct basis, it isn’t consistently easy finding other quality landrace sativa strains. When my local cannabis dispensary started stocking Acapulco Gold & Columbian Gold recently, I was excited to try them both. Opening the tin of each was a satisfying experience. The dank odor of the flower buds was both fruity & wet at the same time, which I’ve been missing from some of these ridiculous hybrids that are trending right now. I’ll take a blend if I can be sure that it will give me great nice effects. But more often than not, I’m disappointed by these muffled hybrids. My body is left wanting more. Hopefully I can keep getting more landrace cannabis strains moving into the future. I saw many on moneus when I lived in CA briefly, however the state I’m living in now is limited in its options of cannabis products by comparison. As long as I can keep getting Colombian Gold & Acapulco Gold, I’ll be ecstatic.
