There are plenty of marijuana stores in the area. The marijuana dispensary where I task has a name that is pretty similar to another marijuana store on the other side of town, however every once in a while, all of us get a confused client that does not actually remember where they made their order. Last weekend a man called to grumble about the delivery driver that brought his products. The man complained that he was missing a pre-roll as well as he let me know that the driver was incredibly rude as well as inconsiderate. I basically take all of the client complaints seriously as well as I instantly looked up his order so I could see who the driver happened to be. I did not find the man’s name in the system anywhere. He provided me with his name again, although I still could not locate his order. I asked the man to tell me the products that he ordered online. I was genuinely hoping to match the order contents to a customer. That did not even work either, as well as I suddenly was able to see that the client did not have an order in our system. I carefully explained to the man that all of us do not carry those products in our store. This guy must have contacted a totally different cannabis store to make the order.
