The customer must’ve ordered from another cannabis shop

There are a couple of nice marijuana dispensaries in the area.

  • The marijuana dispensary where I labor has a name that is rather similar to another marijuana dispensary on the other side of town, but every once in a while, the people I was with and I get a confused customer that doesn’t recall where they placed an order.

This past weekend a lady called to complain about the delivery driver that brought her products. The lady complained that she was missing a pre-roll plus she told me that the driver was entirely rude plus inconsiderate. I actually take all of the customer complaints extremely seriously plus I immediately looked up her order so I could discover who the driver was. I did not locate the woman’s name in the system. I asked the lady if she was certain that she ordered from our cannabis shop. The lady acted as though I called her a liar, and she got defensive plus even more miserable. She offered me her name again, but I still could not find her order. I asked the lady to tell me the products that she chose to order online. I was hoping to match the order contents to a customer. That did not end up working either, plus I suddenly came to the realization that the customer did not have an order in our system. I carefully explained to the lady that the people I was with and I don’t carry any of those products in our store. She must have contacted another dispensary altogether to place the order. It was great news for our staff plus I, however horrible news for the customer. I urged the lady to contact the other cannabis shop with a name that is similar to ours.
