I’m very lucky to labor at a place that has a lot of overtime hours available… The boss lets us make a adaptable schedule.
If I want to labor 20 hours while I was in the week because I have a lot of things going on, the boss does not mind.
If I want to labor 60 hours the next week to make up for the time that is perfectly fine as well. I only get overtime for all of the hours that are over 80 while I was in the several week period, but I can get as many as I want. I have been laboring several extra 8-hour shifts every week at the recreational as well as medical marijuana dispensary, because I want to save up money to buy a ring for my wifey. I went to the mall to look at a bunch of weird engagement rings as well as I found out that the ring is going to cost a lot more money than I anticipated. I thought I could actually find something that would cost about $1,000, but my wifey isn’tgoing to be glad with a cheap ring that does not have any meaning. I want her to guess how hard I will labor for our relationship as well as that means that I will labor hard now to save up the money to buy the engagement ring. I can get up to 16 hours of extra shifts at the recreational as well as medical marijuana dispensary as well as I should be able to save up the money for the ring by Christmas, but our anniversary is in January as well as that would be the perfect time to propose.
