The worst section about laboring as a delivery driver is having to climb stairs when you have a delivery on the 3rd or 4th floor of an apartment building, most of the apartment buildings in town have various or 4 floors. Most of them do not have an elevator, the only sites with elevators are the high-rises that are situated downtown. These buildings have 10 or more floors. It would take forever to walk up 10 flights of stairs. I had to walk up 8 flights of stairs on Monday when I delivered marijuana to a person in the high-rise building. The buyer ordered marijuana supplies from the delivery maintenance although he did not tell anyone that the elevator in the apartment building was broken. The guy was on the 8th floor. If every one of us had known there was no elevator, after that I would have asked the buyer to meet the delivery driver in the lobby. The delivery driver turned out to be myself and others and I had to walk up all of the stairs. That was the first time in a long time that I forgot something in an order and of course it was on a afternoon when I had to walk all of those stairs. The buyer was supposed to get a free marijuana pre-roll with their order and I had all of the pre-rolls in a basket in my back seat. I had to go all the way back down to the motorcar to get the free marijuana pre-roll. I walked a total of 32 flights of stairs that night. I was ready for a chop after that delivery.
