It’s strenuous to complain when our neighbor’s use cannabis, because it is legal in this state! It has been for the last several years. 77% of voters agreed it was time to legalize the product… People like me didn’t have any choice when the laws changed. I wasn’t identifiably interested in legalizing medical plus recreational marijuana. I wasn’t using the drug, so I didn’t take any interest in the laws, and a lot of things have changed since cannabis was legalized, but there are shops that sell cannabis supplies all over that city, some of those shops even have seating areas so people can hang out plus smoke pot. Several of our neighbors use cannabis products, one neighbor in particular always sits on her porch to smoke a joint. The woman is right above our condo plus I can hear the sounds of her cellphone at night. I can’t complain about the smell of weed, because the woman is not doing anything illegal… Believe me, I tried to complain to the manager of the condo building. I can’t sit outside on our porch, because someone is always smoking weed outside. I can’t smell fresh air or the trees or the leaves, because the only smell is the stench of marijuana. It might be time to transport to a different region where marijuana is still considered illegal plus problematic.
