Using cannabis has helped with my health and wellness goals

Trying to stay fit and active in my late fifties was far more of an undertaking than I was counting on.

Sure, it had been close to 30 years since I entirely worked out last.

But I had as program that my body would simply snap back once I started making better decisions for my health. Well, until I added cannabis to the situation, things were not going so well. Prior to making trips to the cannabis dispensary for both sativa and indica strains, I was trying to do this all alone. I mean, it was just diet and exercise, right? How taxing could that be. It was quite taxing both physically and emotionally. I just didn’t see it coming. I went to the doctor just a few weeks into my lifestyle variation because I could tell I was about to bail. I’m happy that I did. She ran all of the tests which weren’t as bad as I thought but still needed giant time attention. The doc also set myself and others up with an exercise and diet expert to help myself and others make a system that I could stick to. Again, this was a lifeline for me. Once I had a system together, I had more structure and it wasn’t all about denying myself. In fact, since I have given up alcohol and all my yummy treats, the diet and exercise expert commanded me to visit the local cannabis spot. I had smoked recreational marijuana back in school but entirely hadn’t since. Now that recreational marijuana was legalized, I could deliver that a try. Both the sativa and indica strains are both so helpful. The indica strains are helping myself and others a truly fantastic deal when it comes to range of motion and reducing stiffness. The sativa strains are essential in keeping myself and others feeling positive and having a wonderful perspective.
