I have suffered from an anxiety disorder for the past eight years. It seems to worsen as the years go by. I told my Dad that medicinal weed is a life-saving plant, but he continued to disagree. I offered one to my Dad when he was complaining of back and neck stiffness and pain. My father had already tried Tylenol and ibuprofen over the past several days with no relief. He agreed to give the cannabis edibles a try. He was amazed by the results. The benefits were long-lasting. Ever since that day, I have been giving my Dad edible cannabis products. He was reluctant to sign up for a medical cannabis card, because he was worried about people judging him for him. I spoke with my dad a couple of nights ago and he said that he’d finally gone to the doctor and got recommended for medicinal cannabis. He was approved and now can buy medical marijuana at the dispensary near where he lives. I am so relieved. My dad’s opinions have come a long way since those years ago when I first started using medical marijuana. I am thrilled that he has opened his mind to the potential of marijuana. He now enjoys the same benefits as I do. My Dad can go to any dispensary and try out different consumption methods and strains.
