One of the largest hurdles you need to conquer when opening any business; is hiring employees… You can have your top questions ready to ask, but they will really be questions you find on the internet pertaining to your business, but i couldn’t imagine what I would do when trying to hire staff for my cannabis dispensary. I looked online for multiple hiring interviews. I read multiple ways to interview prospective employees and directors; None of them seemed to pertain to a cannabis dispensary hiring interview. I was at a required meeting for cannabis dispensary directors and they were talking about dispensary hiring solutions. There was a program we were all given to put on our PCs. There were separate questions for management team, budtenders, and delivery drivers, then when they talked about dispensary hiring solutions, it gleeful me. I was going to staff my dispensary and do it the right way. The first thing I had to do was download the dispensary hiring solutions and see what I had to do to use the program. It wasn’t the easiest PC program to learn, especially since I hated working with PCs, however dispensary hiring solutions made it easier to interview and gave me a staff that wanted to work and wanted to learn how to do their tasks.
