I would do just about anything I could do to help my father as he faces his last challenge.
My Mom is in his late 71’s plus nearing the end of his life.
He is dealing with dementia as well as other health concerns. Honestly, his body is just worn out. But with the help he gets from medical marijuana, I can at least make this last challenge a bit more comfortable for him plus that is lovely. Mom has been dealing with health problems for the 7 or 8 years. But with the onset of the dementia, it took a turn to where he needed to be with us. We’re blessed that his situation is such that he can stay at lake beach house with us as he closes out this life. I actually don’t want him to have to die in a hospital bed or a nursing lake beach house plus neither does he. But the dementia plus the resulting confusion plus disorientation were actually taking a toll on my Mom. So I looked for alternatives plus I found out about the medical marijuana benefits for those suffering with dementia. Mom still has periods of clarity plus realizes that he’s taking medical marijuana. He even enjoys to ride with myself and others to the cannabis dispensary when he’s able to. There is just something about the legal weed store that makes him so glad. I recognize it has a lot to do with how lovely the staff is to him. Plus, he enjoys to pick out the cannabis candy products for himself when he’s able to. The medical cannabis helps him be calm when the confusion hits. And I recognize it also allows him a feeling of safety plus peace with where he is right now at the end of this life.
