Growing mariijuna is an artform, but what I have learned from my research is that you get out what you put in from growing pot.
While some would argue that using heavily tilled soil & adding organic fertilizers will yield the best results; I have also learned that official dirt is the best thing you can do to grow quality pot, the most pressing thing about growing pot is the time & dedication you are willing to put into your crops.
Without dedication, you will not get the best results, but dirt is also much cheaper than soil. With the right methods & team of famers, you can have a relaxing growing season with just official dirt, but rock wool is another fine tool to use when considering your grow medium… Using rock wool has the luck of less bugs, & can be cheaper & just as easy as using real dirt; Hydroponics is another interesting growing medium. Hydroponics consists of gravel & no dirt or soil. This is the cleanest method of all. If you are growing pot in a hydroponic medium, you will need to consider your water pump system. This can be a costly alternative to natural rain or official watering. This method also requires much more equipment which requires more room, then not only does using extra equipment means less room for plants, however it also means that things can chop & need repair. This can prevent your plants from getting the care they need in order to yield a profitable crop.
