I was on my way dwelling from work on Wednesday evening.
I had to work until midnight and the roads were entirely clear with hardly any cars when I was on my way dwelling from work. I wasn’t entirely paying attention to the road because I wasn’t worried about traffic. I decided to smoke a marijuana joint on my way dwelling from the job. I had a 7 mile drive from the pizzeria to my apartment. I lit up a marijuana joint when I was about 15 minutes away from the house. I was finishing up the marijuana joint when I turned on the street to go to my locale. There was an officer on the corner and she saw me smoking marijuana in my car. She instantaneously turned on the lights. I couldn’t do anything with the marijuana joint. If I would have thrown it out of my car, the office or would have been able to see it. I put it out in the ashtray and opened up the windows to get rid of the smell of marijuana. It did not work entirely well and the cops smelled reefer as soon as she came to my car. She asked me to step out of the car and she wanted to know what type of drugs I had in the car. I told the woman that I was smoking marijuana but that is all I had. The woman offered me a ticket for driving with an open joint. She entirely could have hold me off the jail full driving under the influence, however she offered me a ticket instead.
