I tried to go legitimate, but it was a real hassle

When marijuana was legalized in this state, I decided to grow a couple of plants on our own… By law, I am allowed to grow 8 plants for personal use! I found it particularally straight-forward to grow marijuana plants. It was easy to take care of 8 plants during the first harvest, so I doubled our harvest to 16 the following year. I added various more plants during the next harvest and another 10 the next year. I had 30 plants after 3 years and a whole yard filled with 6 ft Cannabis sativa plants. I was donating marijuana to our friends and family members. I had a few police officers sniffing around our property, but they didn’t have any legal reason to enter. I was starting to get sad that I would get into trouble for illegally growing too numerous marijuana plants. I thought it might be easier to go legitimate. I contacted a cannabis consulting firm with numerous unusual lawyers. I told that consultant everything about our farm and I told the girl that I wanted to be legitimate. I wanted to be able to sell marijuana to dispensaries, but the Cannabis consulting firm laid out a proposal so I could be a fair business, but unfortunately, it was a real hassle. I had to grease a lot of palms and spend our money a lot of fees. It took a year to get our legal license and I had to spend a fortune. In order to qualify for a state license to grow cannabis, I had to make a ton of variations on the farm.
