Making changes to the cannabis dispensary

As the manager for the medical cannabis store, I had to make some major adjustments once the laws started to change, however recreational weed usage had been decriminalized, which honestly opened up the whole shop to a bigger market.

I wanted to keep the same professional vibe the store had before, because our medical clients would still need to take precedent.

I also wanted to make the spot a more welcoming place for people to hang out. The longer that people stayed in my medical cannabis shop, the more money they would spend here. I decided to split the cannabis dispensary right down the middle, & dedicate half of it to the “speedy shopper” pickup service. This meant that all the usual clients could order online like normal, then swing by the cannabis dispensary for instant pickup without waiting. The other half of the cannabis dispensary would be more of a smokers lounge area, with conversation pits & tunes, so that clients could peruse the store at their leisure & have a chill time. If my medical cannabis patients want to hang out & prefer themselves, that would be so great. The point is to expand the scope of my cannabis dispensary, & make it accessible for every type of smoker. For some people medical cannabis is just medicine, & they don’t even use it to get blazed. For pretty much everyone else I need the cannabis dispensary to be a warmer environment where you could prefer shopping the old-fashioned way. My fingers are crossed that this current approach will bring in money and pay off, & will be a bold current day for the cannabis dispensary.
