When I got into a large fight with my roommate, I knew it was time for the two of us to go separate ways.
I still had multiple weeks left on the lease, however I found someone to take over my portion of the rent. My roommate wanted myself and others to stay & work on our friendship, however I was too miserable & aggravated. The guy I slept with my wifey & hid the information behind my back for multiple weeks. I couldn’t trust the guy & I couldn’t look at his lying face either. I had to look for a modern apartment. It was difficult to find something in the same price range as the old place. Since I was going to pay more for rent, I decided to move a little bit closer to work. I found a duplex for rent & the condo was a block away from a weed shop & Lounge. I do not use recreational marijuana frequently, however I thought it sounded fun to live close to the weed shop & Lounge. The place was within walking distance & it seemed love a cool place to hang out in the night. The duplex was available right away, so I moved into the place a couple of afternoons later. I’m a lot happier being on my own. Sometimes I miss my old friend, but it’s tough not to guess about all of the pain that he caused. I thought the guy was my particularly best friend. I really didn’t guess he was the style of guy that would do something so low & thoughtless.
