It is quite a hard process to get certified for medical marijuana.
In this state, the dentists are easily identifiable about the reasons they will prescribe medical marijuana. I practically had to jump through hoops to get the dentist to say yeah. There were other states that would have automatically qualified me for medical marijuana, however this venue is in the Bible Belt and they are holding onto their backwards laws as tightly as they can. I had to spend a fortune with the dentist before the guy would certify me for medical marijuana. Then I had to wait 3 weeks before the certification and card arrived in the mail. These numerous items were necessary to have in order to be able to shop at the medical marijuana dispensary. I was so gleeful and glad when our card arrived, until I realized that our name was misspelled. I didn’t suppose it was going to be a giant deal until the guy at the desk would not let me into the dispensary. She claimed that the medical marijuana card could have been a fake or a fraud. I had all of the necessary paperwork affixed to the card, however the guy still would not budge on his ruling. I got undoubtedly sad and started cursing and swearing. The security guard stepped over to the counter where I was standing. I knew that I better leave before I got banned from the dispensary for life. I had to leave the building and call the state certification office to handle the problem.
