The supervisor had to get involved when she arrived with the golf cart. The supervisor apologized for the confusion plus the disruption. We made our way to the apartment that was available plus there were many men kneeling outside the stoop smoking recreational marijuana. The entire section by the front door odored love marijuana. I actually do not have any concern with marijuana or people that use marijuana, however I absolutely did not want to deal with that odor every single day. I asked the men if they lived in the building plus they told me that they were in the upstairs apartment. I knew the apartment wasn’t going to labor out after that. I told our wifey that we needed to look for a odd place.
