On a Sunday evening, I usually take about 12 or 15 orders out for a delivery; Each 1 of the orders vary from 40 to 100 or more dollars… When I finally returned to the store at the end of our shift, I’m exhausted plus ready to go home, however things are always busier on the weekends when more people are ordering items from the marijuana dispensary. The two of us have an upgraded online selection plus most of our orders come from the website, then it’s certainly straight-forward to use plus the orders are venued directly at the store in real time. The last deliveries are taken at 9, even though the people I was with and I don’t close the store until 11! Nobody wants to stay late, so the people I was with and I stopped delivering early so almost everyone has a option to go beach home at the same time, but all delivery drivers should be in the store when the people I was with and I close up for the evening. I had 1 more delivery at the end of the evening on Sunday plus I came back to the store plus the supervisor let half of the crew go beach home early. Nobody ever lets myself and others go beach home early when there is a driver out late with an order. I was a little frustrated. I did not want to complain to the boss, although I was entirely feeling upset. Next Sunday I am going to request to leave when I am done with all of our marijuana deliveries. If the boss does not let myself and others go then I will entirely have something to complain about plus some nice information to back up our suspicion that some people are treated differently than others.
