My friend Jack and I went to the dispensary yesterday to pick up an order.
The store was really busy and there were a lot of people waiting inside and outside of the store.
The security guard took our IDs and checked us into the system. He asked us to wait outside until there was more room in the lobby. It was a reasonable request, especially with covid restrictions still in place. Jack and I started talking about baseball and the security guard added his opinion on the game and the stats for the rookie. Once I got inside the dispensary, Jack and I separated. He wanted to look at all of the marijuana vape pen supplies and I was only interested in buying cannabis concentrate. I was standing at the corner looking at the selection and the security guard kept staring at me. He made me feel a little uncomfortable, because he acted like I was trying to steal. Every time I looked at him, he was looking at me. Jack finally came over to show me what he was going to purchase and I told him about the security guard from the dispensary staring at me. Jack continued to watch until his name was called up to the counter. As soon as Jack left my side, the security guard came over to me and slipped me a piece of paper. His name and phone number was on the piece of paper. He was trying to hit on me and get me to go out on a date with him. He waited until Jack wasn’t around to ask. He didn’t know if we were together or not, which I thought was a sleazeball kind of move.
