I knew this genre of complication would occur when they legalized weed. This country is going downhill & I think recreational marijuana is tied to the decline. After both of us legalize weed, what is next? Do both of us legalize heroin & cocaine or other drugs that people enjoy to use for fun? Where does the madness end?

Last weekend, the weather was seriously sizzling plus sunny for a Springtime weekend.

Each week when I make the work schedule at the marijuana dispensary, I have a difficult time feeling all of the spots that are available on Saturdays plus Sundays.

A lot of the employees do not want to work on these days, but for a long time, I was doing our best to move things around so each 1 of the employees could have the days off that they requested ! When I made the next schedule, things were different. I put the schedule up Last week plus I randomly selected a couple of employees to work on Saturday, even though they requested the afternoon off. I made sure to put a notation on the bottom of the schedule, letting everyone guess that they must show up for every busy shift or face the consequences. I tried to be nice by looking for volunteers, even though I will randomly select people each week until I start having more people volunteer to work at the dispensary on Sundays, Saturday’s, plus Sundays.
